RV SHOW RAFFLE – OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor
   This giveaway is sponsored by Unlimited RV ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
   The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   Participants may enter by completing the official raffle entry form at the RV show during event hours. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Raffle Period
   Entries will be accepted during the RV show dates:
   January 23–25
   All entries must be received by January 25 at 2:59 PM local time.
5. Drawing Date and Time
   The raffle drawing will be conducted on:
   January 25 at 3:00 PM local time.
   Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
   Prizes include, but are not limited to:
   2026 Wildwood FSX 135ICE
   YETI® coolers
   Blackstone® grills
   Additional prizes as determined by Sponsor
   Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, is ineligible, or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. Winner Requirements
   Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release before prize award. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Taxes and Fees
   All federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, insurance, and any other costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Odds
    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
11. Publicity
    By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
    Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical, electronic, human, or printing errors. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.
13. General Conditions
    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the raffle. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
14. Governing Law
    This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
